This building is now completed and only one vacant space remains, Unit C. This building is designed to be warehouse use (non automotive). The Unit is 30′ by 35′ with a 17′ clearance ceiling. It has a floor drain, ADA restroom, great storefront and is sprinkler protected. The space features a 10′ x 12′ overhead door (can accommodate up to 16′ tall doors). Each space has three dedicated parking spaces outside though they are not intended for overnight parking.
Tenant pays Gas and Electric, which is independently metered, and pays pass thru’s on Tax and Insurance over the base year (once construction is finalized and accounted for).
